Make the scene safe
Stop other riders and check for traffic, falling rocks or another immediate danger.

Trail emergency
If someone is seriously injured, call emergency services first. Then share an exact location and stay with the injured rider.
Call 112Emergency numbers
In Armenia, 112 is the unified emergency and rescue number. For an ambulance you can also call 103.
First actions
Stop other riders and check for traffic, falling rocks or another immediate danger.
Say that it is a mountain-bike accident near Voghjaberd. Give coordinates, the trail name and number of injured people.
Follow the dispatcher’s instructions. Use only first aid you know how to perform.
If a head, neck or back injury is possible, leave the rider in the position found unless there is immediate danger, CPR is needed or severe bleeding must be controlled.
Stay with the rider, note any changes and keep the phone available for the dispatcher.
Telegram
After calling emergency services, send your coordinates to the Telegram group if it is safe. Telegram is not a replacement for 112.
